This is my idea of a Box Field
easel. It needs your table or whatever to sit on as it has not a leg to
stand on!!. It is basically the 36" Table Top easel with some modifications
to the upper mast. It will still handle a 36" high canvas and separates very
easily from the bottom box and can be used separately. The easel part
attaches and detaches easily from the box. The box has a drawer that slides out to the front and is sized to carry a 16" x 20" canvas that is wet. The drawer can be used to carry paints and equipment instead of a wet canvas. The box has rubber feet on the bottom and a very comfortable leather handle to carry it with. It is all very sturdy and weighs about 22 lbs. Folded down flat the box easel measures 33" long by 19" wide and 4" high. I made this one easel so far and sold it the next day to a lady at a Artisans Market and unfortunately only got this one picture. If this generates some interest I will make more ?? Price $110.00 |
